Gillian A Michael - BSc (Hons), MRC Pod.
Gillian graduated in Podiatric Medicine with a first-class honours degree in 1995 at The University of Westminster. She opened the practice within John Bell & Croyden in June 1996. The practice consists of Gillian's two Associates, Heather and Theresa. Not forgetting the very efficient Yvonne, PA/Receptionist
Gillian is a long-established and dedicated podiatrist and chiropodist, committed to keeping people on their feet and moving pain-free. Her expertise extends beyond routine podiatry and chiropody to focus on lower limb biomechanics and orthotic solutions, particularly on sports-related injuries.
Gillian has worked alongside professional sports teams, including Q.P.R., Luton Town F.C., and the Wasps Rugby team. Her experience isn't limited to the pitch; She's collaborated with runners, netball players, and even performers on the prestigious West End stage.
Her approach to patient care is characterised by empathy and a friendly demeanour that puts my patients at ease. Her goal is to provide the best treatment and outcomes, ensuring that each patient's individual experience in my clinic is exceptional and that they can receive the maximum comfort and support.
Gillian regularly engages in continual professional development to stay at the forefront of my field. This involves active participation in networking, local branch meetings, study groups, seminars, and conferences, ensuring that my patients benefit from the latest advancements in podiatry and chiropody.
Outside of her profession, you'll find her spinning, enjoying leisurely walks with her adorable and delightful Cockapoo companion, Hugo, and cheering on her beloved Tottenham Hotspur—an unwavering passion since her early childhood.
Heather Johnson - B.Sc(Hons) M.Ch.S

Heather has a strong commitment for excellence and has undertaken extensive post graduate training since qualifying in 1984.
Theresa Dawes - B.Sc.Pod
(Associate Podiatrist)
Theresa trained in London. After qualification, she practiced in various clinics in Swansea, Ipswich, Norwich and London. She ran a clinic in Barnet and also worked part time in Selfridges (1985 - 1988). Theresa graduated with a B.Sc.Pod in 2005 from Durham University.
Postgraduate studies include anaesthetics in Belfast in 1987 and many courses and seminars for her continual professional development. Theresa's wider experience includes all aspects of Fast Care including nail surgery.
She represented our profession at The London Marathon in 1995 and 1996 and received the accolade of one of the three 'Best Chiropodists' in The Daily Express, June 1991.
Personal Assistant
Yvonne Shenholds is a Personal Assistant to our podiatrists with 11 years of experience, helping keep the clinic running smoothly and patients well looked after.
Known for her organisation and friendly approach, she’s often the one keeping everything on track behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Yvonne loves spending time with her grandchildren, enjoys a good musical at the theatre, and can usually be found catching up on her favourite TV soaps - she’s always up to date on the latest drama.
Personal Assistant
Sharon Reshef-Armony is a Personal Assistant to our podiatrists, helping to keep the clinic running smoothly and ensuring patients are well looked after.
Having worked for many years in arts education, she’s a people person, she’s kind, and organised.
Outside of work, Sharon likes the theatre, dance, and live music, and she’s particularly passionate about plants and flowers.
